During our time together, you will evoke and free the woman who already lives within you — the woman who remembers her Essence, her Spark, her Power.

This retreat is an invitation to meet and express her fully,
by reclaiming and strengthening the parts of yourself that have long waited to come alive.

– Be witnessed and supported by an intimate group of max. 17 women who say YES to their Power and Aliveness, too.
– Be held and cared for by three experienced facilitators.

offering sea views, serenity,
and space to express and exhale.

Welcome to this family-run gem close to the coastal town of Lagos. A wonderful Algarvian villa with seaview, just for us, including its own yoga-studio. The owners are lovingly taking care of every detail, so you can be recharged by beauty, and nourished with mainly local, vegetarian food that will be cooked for us daily, including herbs from their own garden.
We chose this place so you can enjoy Algarve’s nature and the experience of being fully catered to.

Reclaim the power hidden in suppressed emotions. Create space for the new.

Day 5 — Rewire for Joy & Pleasure, Creating Safety for Your Full Expression
Train your nervous system to hold more joy, pleasure, and aliveness

To support you beyond the retreat, we’ll gather again one month later for an online follow-up session.

Twin Rooms with Seaview and Balcony

The Quinta has three Double/ Twin Rooms with Seaview, each with their own balcony or terrace.

The largest room, Zavial, features a Balinese-style four-poster bed, a separate lounge, and a spacious bathroom with a spa bath. Step onto your private, bougainvillea-clad balcony for beautiful sea views—an ideal choice when you want a special treat.
Please note: The Zavial Suite comes with a double bed that can’t be separated into two single beds.

There are three beautiful Twin Rooms located on the ground floor of the villa, each with their own terrace.

Triple with Seaview

Bordeira Triple — The Quinta’s largest room takes its name from the owners’ favourite West Coast beach. Bathed in earthy tones that mirror the lush nature outside, it opens onto a generous terrace perched above the ponds, facing south-west towards the bay of Praia da Luz—perfect for savouring that end-of-day G&T.
This room comes with 3 single beds
and a spacious bathroom.
All rooms have private terrace or balcony with table & chairs from which to enjoy the beautiful gardens and sparkling ocean views.

are equipped with towels, bathrobes, AC, floor heating in the bathrooms, hair dryer, electronic safe and black out electric curtains to ensure your deepest most comfortable sleep.

What is included in your package
Accommodation including full board and non-alcoholic beverages like water and tea.
Except for one evening/ dinner where you can explore the nearby city of Lagos or the village of Luz.
Using the sauna and cold-plunge facilities of Quinta Bonita.

What is NOT included
Flights, transports from the airport to the Quinta. You will be able to organize yourself in groups for transfers from Faro airport before the retreat starts.

Alexandra Novatova

For more than 15 years, Alexandra has worked with Energy Medicine and Psychotherapy.
As an experienced KAP Facilitator and Spinal Energetics Practitioner, she helps women release old patterns quickly — and create space for a new expression of self.

Through Alexandras’s unique gifts, she facilitates inner harmony through integrative healing.
Mirjam Grupp

Languages: EN & DE
Mirjam supports women in living their natural power and sensuality in everyday life.
She is a KAP Facilitator, writer, and Systemic Coach — above all, she is a woman who knows from personal experience how liberating it is to move from the edge of one’s own life into its very center.
In her work, she combines Taoist and Tantric approaches with modern embodiment practices — opening a pathway for women to a life filled with vitality, beauty, and Eros.
Petra Hrusecka

Languages: EN, SK, HU & DE
Petra supports women in reconnecting with themselves.
In her work, she combines KAP (Kundalini Activation Process), Reiki, and guided aromatherapeutic rituals. Her own path was not always easy — yet the challenges of life have led her into a deeper connection with body, soul, inner stillness, and true joy.
Today, she creates a clear and sensitive space where women can pause, turn inward, and reconnect with their essence.

FAQs

Faro Airport, Portugal, is the closest airport (about 1 hour by car)
Accommodation, full program (meditations, embodiment, practices, rituals), guidance from facilitators, 3 meals per day (except one dinner outside the Quinta), water/tea, materials, and small gifts.
Travel to/from the venue, insurance, private sessions, personal expenses, optional trips.
Healthy, local meals with vegetarian/vegan options. Please inform us in advance about any dietary restrictions.
All rooms (excepts the Master Suite) are shared twin rooms. Each room is cosy, with privacy, own bathroom, terrace or balcony.
You can book a room as a private room, please see the pricing in each room category.
An intimate group, max. 17 women, to ensure each of you have enough of our attention.
English (with Slovak/German support as needed).
Gentle morning movement or meditation, a late-morning workshop, free time in the afternoon (ocean/rest), and an evening ritual/embodiment/yoga. Space for quiet and sharing.
No. It’s designed to be safe and accessible for every body. We offer variations; everything is optional.
Generally yes—but please consult us in advance and inform the facilitators about your needs. We are not a medical facility.
We photograph discreetly and only in selected and agreed sessions. We believe in the power of going offline during sessions and encourage limited phone after sessions, too. You will have enough opportunities to take wonderful pictures of you and the beautiful surroundings.
You secure your spot with a 550 Euro non-refundable deposit.
The rest of the full amount is due 13th of February, 1 month before the start of the retreat.
1. Cancellation before 31st of December: The deposit amount will be retained and no further payment will be due.
2. Cancellations after 31st of December: full amount is due.
  We advice you take a travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
